Survey:

Design:

Engineering:

We offer in-house and contracted engineering services to cover the scope of any project and ensure the best structural design is implemented. We help with design, manufacturing and installation suggestions or recommendations for all components of the proposed signage.

Permits:

Outreach Signs fabricates and installs signage according to the published municipal bylaws. Our production begins once the required sign or electrical permits have been approved. We have many years of permitting experience for projects in communities throughout Canada. For freestanding signs, we also handle utilities locates to ensure that no electrical, gas or other utilities will be damaged during excavation. Another certification required for some projects is geotechnical soil, rock, ground testing. We have experience with all required technical permitting.

Project management:

Whether your project is a single sign or a large corporate, mall, airport or municipal project, our project management experience sets us apart from many sign companies. To meet customer requirements and long-term satisfaction, we use a detailed system of tracking and monitoring activities and progress through each stage of your signage project. Manufacturing:

At our plant, all manufacturing is done in house with state of the art equipment to produce premium quality signage. We have full steel and aluminum welding and fabrication shops, large manufacturing bays to accommodate any size project, Mathews Automotive/Aviation grade paint system with a 12’ x 28’ paint booth, 6’ x 10’ CNC router table, full neon plant and dedicated vinyl printing, cutting, prep and application shop. We have the manufacturing resources to produce all types of signage in small or large production runs.

Installation:

With over 35 years of signage installing experience, we know how to get the job done. For our BC interior clients, we provide experienced crews and a fleet of bucket trucks, lifts and cranes for a smooth, worry-free installation. We manufacture and manage projects throughout Canada, through our extensive network of professional install companies.

Specialty services:

A maintenance agreement can protect your organization’s image and reduce liability by keeping your signs and lighting at peak working condition. We document the signs and lighting for your property then determines a flat monthly rate with no hidden extra costs. It’s an easy and convenient way to maintain the impact of your signage.

Sign and lighting outages may go unnoticed if you don’t often visit your business after hours. We offer evening or night site visit services to identify outages when they are most visible.

LED retrofit:

If your existing signage is manufactured more than five years ago, it’ll probably be illuminated with neon or fluorescent lamps. Both these lighting sources consume more power and require more maintenance than LED. We can not only convert your existing signage we can also help you receive a rebate from Fortis BC to make this an even more attractive option.
