What Scale of Projects Do You Undertake? 

Outreach Neon Ltd is a full-service sign manufacturer with no minimum size for projects. We have managed signage projects for customers throughout Canada. Our clients are primarily in Western Canada and include everything from local stores to large corporate business, government, airports and universities. We have the resources and network of installers for projects of any size.

How Long Does It Take to Get a Sign Made

Timelines can vary greatly depending on the size and complexity of the project. Locally we can complete illuminated sign projects in two or three weeks, however, it is dependent on customer approvals, sign or other permits and scheduling. We can provide a projected timeline at the beginning of a project and as it progresses.

How Do You Ensure on Time Delivery

There are many factors that can influence the progress of a sign project, so although we can’t make guarantees, we feel that with experienced managers, modern equipment, careful planning, regular meetings, well-stocked inventory and skilled installers, we are able to keep our timelines within a range that satisfies the needs of our customers.

Can We Do a Rush Job?

We always try to satisfy customer needs. If the request is feasible, we will do our best to provide a fast turnaround time on your project. We strive to be fair, so we won’t delay an existing customer project in favour of a new customer project. We simply review our production and try to find time and resources to fit in those time-sensitive requests.

How Do You Ensure Product Quality

Outreach Neon Ltd is a CSA approved manufacturer. Our products are inspected through various stages of the manufacturing process. We use only premium quality materials and electrical products to ensure that we minimize any product failures. We offer a one year warranty on workmanship.

Do You Provide Sign Maintenance and Repair Services?

Yes, we are a very experienced service provider. We stock most common parts on our service trucks. We also offer signage redesign, refurbishing and LED retrofit of signs and exterior lighting.

Do I Require a Sign Permit?

Yes, municipal sign permits are required for most exterior signage. In some cases, if your sign is located on a highway route you may also require a permit from the Ministry of Transportation. Permit costs vary according to the size or value of your signage. At Outreach Signs we have extensive permitting experience, so we can answer any questions you may have.

Do You Handle National Accounts?

Yes, we have the experience and resources to manage national accounts. We offer sign program services as well.

Do You Have the Ability to Provide Coast to Coast Delivery or Installation of Signs?

Yes, we have transport carriers that we use and installers for locations across the country.

Do You Subcontract Any Part of Your Work

We manufacture all signage in-house. Installation in the interior of BC is done by our own crew using state-of-the-art equipment. Outside of this area, we utilize our extensive network of sign installation companies.

How Long Will My Sign Last?

An exterior sign should last about 10 years or more with regular maintenance. The lifespan also depends on the quality of materials and construction. Outreach Neon Ltd uses premium quality materials in all of our products.

What Guarantee Does My Sign Have?

The Outreach Neon Ltd guarantee is one year on workmanship, which includes both labour and materials, from the time the sign is installed.

What Are Your Design Capabilities?

We are a full-service manufacturer with graphic design, engineering and structural design services. We manage your project from start to finish through design, manufacture and install.

What Format Do You Require for My Logo File?

The preferred formats are Corel Draw (.eps) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai). We can also work with vectors in a .pdf file.

How Do I Send Large Files for Sign Production?

They can be uploaded to our FTP site or through Dropbox or other services. On our website is an upload link at the bottom of each web page.

Can We Visit Your Office to Discuss Signs?

Yes absolutely. We also have outside account managers that will meet with you at a location convenient to you, to discuss details of what you require and work with you through the whole project to ensure all requirements are met.
